Tom Hedrick is managing director for Dillon Joyce Ltd., a private equity and venture capitol firm based in Dallas, Texas.
Since 1995 Tom has concentrated his resources and expertise on assessing and investing in early stage companies. Over this time he has invested in 16 organizations and advised numerous others. Tom's track record is one that has clearly exceeded VC industry benchmarks
Tom's valuable experience and insight are rooted in a diversified professional track. Prior to Dillon Joyce, Tom was director for McKinsey and Company, as well as a venture partner to companies such as Vortex Partners and SSM Partners. Additionally, Tom has been a part of large-scale corporate, as well as non-profit environments.
Tom holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
