Bulldog HR Director Kim Haynes spoke to the San Francisco Chronicle about how the resume is getting an upgrade.

Resumes not submitted online can automatically designate those candidates as out-of-touch with the changing face of business, and it’s likely to hurt their chances of getting an interview. “Usually when I get paper resumes I think [that the candidate] is not really with the program,” says Kim Haynes, HR Manager for the lead marketing company Bulldog Solutions. “If you aren’t going to connect with me in my medium, I’m probably not interested.”
